The General assembly on its meeting which was held on March the 15th, 2009 approved a 100% capital increase at bar value of 100 fils.

International Cargo Airlines Company KSC (“LoadAir”) announced today the obtainment of the Aircraft Operator Certificate (“AOC”) from the Kuwait Directorate General of Civil Aviation (“DGCA”).

The AOC is awarded to LoadAir in recognition of its superior safety, maintenance and flight operation procedures. With this, LoadAir becomes the first all-cargo airline to be awarded an AOC in Kuwait. “The AOC is a major step towards our vision to be the leading all-cargo airline in the region” said Captain Husam Al-Shamlan, EVP Operations at LoadAir.

Mr. Fawaz Al Farah, President of the DGCA, stated that “LoadAir has been awarded the AOC due its high standards and professional team. This will enhance Kuwait International Airport’s ability to serve the growing demand in air freight services.”

The General Assembly approved the 2007 financials on June the 27th 2008.
